Welcome to Pricoms. By accessing our platform, you agree to these terms. Pricoms is a direct-to-fan platform enabling creators to share audio content and connect with their community. We provide the infrastructure; the content is owned and created by our users.
To ensure creative freedom for our users, Pricoms allows for unmoderated and mature themes. Therefore, you must be at least 18 years old to access, register, or upload content to Pricoms. By creating an account, you warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be held by minors will be terminated immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
For Listeners: You are supporting creators directly. Purchases for specific audio clips are generally non-refundable due to the immediate digital access. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
For Creators: You earn 85% of the net revenue generated by your content. Payouts are processed via Stripe and subject to their processing times and fees.
While we champion free expression, you agree not to use the platform for any illegal activities, harassment, or to distribute content that violates our Content Guidelines.
